I see you are interested in our Pool Opening Service. Our Pool Opening Service includes:

• Inspect pool cover for damage
• Remove, fold, and stow winter cover
• Screw down deck grommets
• Installation of deck equipment (ladders, handrails, etc…)
• Removal of winter plugs
• Reassemble pool filter
• Start pumps and pool heater
• Prime plumbing
• Install return fittings and skimmer baskets
• **We will no longer be reinstalling diving boards**

Our Pool Closing Service includes:

• Place your cover on the pool and attach it to the anchors in the case of solid vinyl covers, we place the water bags around the perimeter of the pool.
• Drain and disconnect the equipment.
• Filter cleaning at the closing is an optional service and chargeable – be sure to choose this as you don’t want the filter sitting dirty over the winter (harder to clean in the springtime)
• Blow out the necessary return and suction lines, when possible.
• We will add winterizing chemicals when requested
• Winter chemicals are optional at the closing. This is an optional service as many customers do not add chemicals as a preference.
• Auto-fills will be shut off as long as they are accessible when our technician is on site.
• Unfortunately, there is a return charge of $100 if the service is requested and the auto-fill is not accessible.

Customer Requirements Prior to Closing:

• Pool must be clean, free of debris and chemically balanced to protect and prevent damage to the pool finish / surface (vinyl, gunite / plaster, and fiberglass)
• All equipment needs to be accessible in order for us to assure an efficient and effective closing experience
• Between 24 and 48 hours of our arrival, the water level needs to be brought down to below the mouth of the skimmer:
• Gunite Pools - must be lowered 6 inches below the mouth of the skimmer
• Vinyl Pools - should be below the bottom of skimmer mouth.
• Pools with a mesh cover require periodic removal of rain accumulation.
• Water level must be maintained 6 inches below the mouth of the skimmer to help prevent damage to the tile.
• Water and debris should be kept to a minimum in pools with a solid cover. Chemicals should be stored in a clean/dry area away from ladders, pumps, etc.
