“These guys are awesome and you know why? I live in St. Louis Missouri and purchased a top of the line Sundance Spa that stopped working within 2 months of ownership. Not getting answers from the dealer I bought it from in St. Louis, I reached out on the Internet, called up B&B Pool and Spa and they diagnosed the issue AND told me what to do next. And when I asked, “Can I buy the filter from you?”, he said, oh no, “it would cost too much to ship” and told me where I could buy it. Is that service or what??? My local dealer could not help but B&B sure did. Thanks so much.”
