Refund & Cancellation Policy

B&B Pool and Spa Center

At B&B Pool and Spa Center, we aim to be transparent and fair with our customers regarding cancellations and refunds.

Refunds

• A full refund will be issued if a service is canceled within 3 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been performed.
• Refunds requested after 3 days from purchase will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

Services & Charges

• B&B Pool and Spa Center charges for labor only. We do not sell or install parts through this payment system.
• Once a technician has been dispatched or labor has been performed, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable, except as required by law.

Scheduling & Service Timing

Customers select their desired service timeframe at checkout. The timing between payment and service varies based on customer selection and availability.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
